Emma is a kind and gentle soul who I have felt blessed to cross paths with her while on my yoga teacher training journey. Often I see Emma so generously supporting others, sharing her gifts with the world and building community. The way she shows up in the world inspires me and I feel she lives with intention and high integrity. She certainly does rise by lifting others and aligns her life with her values. She also is a very talented jewellery designer.
Personally I have taken a few custom creation journeys with Emma for myself, my sister, for clients and often referred people to her. The detail, love and energy she puts into her handmade creations can be felt as you are unwrapping them. These pieces are truely sacred and treasured by those she creates them for.
1. If I could create awareness on any topic the topic I would choose would be
The power of our own thoughts. What you believe, you will be. Which is why I believe intention setting and mantra meditation is so important. The statement “I am” holds so much power.
2. I smile when
I’m practising yoga! It truly is my happy place. Also, sharing nature with my family. Just today I was enjoying a sunset as my 3 yr old son paddled around in the Brunswick river with his Nanna and Poppa as the tide came in. It was just absolute heaven on earth and I was smiling from the inside out. Being totally present in those moments feels like you have discovered the meaning of life!
3. I make a difference by
Continuing to work on myself! To be the best version of myself so I can continue to practicing love, compassion and kindness. And I share that through my work. If I can get a few extra people adopting a meditation or mindfulness practice in their life through my malas, then I will be a very happy person.
4. I’m addicted to
Not much any more….I probably spend a little too much time on my phone LOL…I’m still learning to put that thing down for longer periods of time 😉
5. Favourite thing to create is
6. If money was no object
I would simply travel more. The world has so so much to offer and I just want to see it ALL! I’d probably donate a ton as well. The disproportion of wealth in the world is pretty diabolical.
7. My tip to creating a healthy home is
Practice your own heath first, then you can be your best to contribute to your family.
8. You can help the earth by making this simple change
Use less plastic! If we all started taking reusable coffee cups, green bags and using bamboo toothbrushes it would make such a big difference to plastic waste. I truly think it is one of the greatest environmental issues of our planet.
9. Words of wisdom
10. Everyone should experience
A japa mala chant meditation! Check out my latest blog to learn how to do this yourself, or seek out meditation and chant circles in your areas.

Emma can also be found in a few special videos created for The Wholehearted Way Members, to which I am so grateful for.
When I approached her earlier this year about The Wholehearted Way Mala for members I shared with her what I wanted the piece to represent and completely trusted her to create something that would be unique for each individual and yet at the same time could be recognised by the community. Wholeheartedly trusted her creation process as every experience of working with her has gone above and beyond what I ever could have imagined.
